The eighth day of MTN Elite One delivered its verdict this Monday, with mixed results for the teams in contention. Unisport of Haut-Nkam, league leader, suffered a significant defeat against AS Fortuna, while reigning champion, Colombe Sportive du Dja et Lobo, was held in check by Stade Renard.
At the military stadium in Yaoundé, Colombe Sportive du Dja et Lobo and Stade Renard failed to reach a decision. Richard Towa's men did not confirm their previous victory against Panthère Sportive du Ndé. Aigle Royal de la Menoua bounced back from their defeat against Aigle Royal du Moungo, dominating Fauve Azur at the Bamendzi municipal stadium.
